Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, calling, screening, interview coordination)
- Connect with candidates and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements
- Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
- Support onboarding and basic HR operations
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Who Can Apply
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience in HR / Recruitment
- Good communication skills (Hindi + English)
- Comfortable with calling & coordinating with candidates.
- Interested in building a long-term career in HR
Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Performance-based)
