Position: HR Compliance Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and ensure compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) regulations.
- Handle monthly PF and ESI calculations, contributions, challan generation, and timely payment.
- Prepare and submit PF and ESI returns within statutory deadlines.
- Maintain accurate employee records related to PF, ESI, UAN, and other statutory requirements.
- Support UAN generation, PF transfers, KYC updates, and PF-related employee queries .
- Handle ESI registration, employee additions/deletions, and ESI-related employee support.
- Coordinate with employees and statutory authorities regarding PF and ESI matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations .
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Assist during PF/ESI inspections, audits, and statutory assessments .
- Track changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure timely implementation.




- Coordinate with payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate statutory deductions and compliance.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure timely submission of all applicable statutory returns and payments.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience in PF and ESI compliance is mandatory .
- Good knowledge of EPFO and ESIC processes and portals .
- Experience in payroll and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Valuable communication and Kannada must-know, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR/payroll systems, and MIS Reports.
