About the Role

As an HR Business Partner Intern , you will work closely with the team to support recruitment, people operations, employee engagement, and HR initiatives. You will gain hands-on exposure to how HR functions within a growing startup and how people-related activities align with business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone interested in Human Resources, recruitment, people management, and startup operations .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and screening.
- Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate information.
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee/intern records.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Help develop and maintain HR processes, policies, and documentation.
- Assist in understanding team requirements and hiring needs.
- Conduct basic research related to HR practices and talent acquisition.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.




- Work with different teams to understand their hiring and people-related requirements.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects and contribute ideas for improving HR processes.

Who Can Apply? We are looking for someone who is:
- Pursuing or has completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field .
- Interested in building a career in Human Resources.
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and online research platforms.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling candidate and team information.
- Interested in working in a startup environment and taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
