Site HR Executive – CPWD Project

We are looking for a Site HR Executive for our CPWD Government Civil Construction Project at Khadki, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Site HR & Administration activities.
- Coordinate with clients, candidates, employees, contractors and site management.
- Manage candidate coordination, joining formalities, biometric/punch-in registration and employee orientation.
- Maintain daily attendance in registers as well as HR software, ensuring accurate data for smooth payroll processing and Head Office coordination.
- Maintain attendance, leave, manpower and employee records.
- Ensure labour compliance and maintain required statutory/site documentation.
- Handle affidavit and Police Verification/PVC applications, receipts and certificates, including Pan India coordination.
- Maintain complete employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day site operations.
- Prepare HR, manpower, attendance,



compliance and other required reports.
- Handle employee/labour grievances and support timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Site HR, preferably in Civil Construction / CPWD / Government Projects.
- Good knowledge of labour compliance, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
- Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently manage site HR activities.

CPWD/Government Project experience and immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
