Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team and daily cleaning activities.

- Allocate duties, prepare shift rosters, and monitor staff attendance and productivity.

- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, offices, washrooms, common areas, corridors, and other assigned areas.

- Ensure all areas meet defined cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.

- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, SOPs, chemical handling, safety, and grooming.

- Monitor and maintain housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, equipment, linen, and other consumables.

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

- Maintain daily checklists, attendance records, inspection reports, and other housekeeping documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.

- Manage manpower effectively during high workload, special events, or absenteeism.

- Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.

- Report operational issues and housekeeping performance to management.

Candidate Profile

- Experience:



5–8 years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably with 5 years in a supervisory role.

- Experience in hotel, hospital, corporate facility, industrial facility, residential property, or commercial housekeeping will be considered.

- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.

- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machines, equipment, and housekeeping procedures.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Solid attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

- Basic computer knowledge for reports, attendance, and inventory.

- Ability to work in shifts and manage a team under pressure.

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
