Client & OHC Site CompliancePrepare and maintain HR compliance documents, forms, registers, and reports for clients as per their required formats and timelines . Handle compliance documentation for OHC (Occupational Health Centre) sites , including client-specific requirements for sites such as Ford, Zydus, and other client locations . Coordinate with OHC/site teams to collect and verify attendance, manpower, wage, statutory, and employee documentation .
Ensure all documents are accurately prepared, properly formatted, and submitted to clients within the prescribed timelines . Maintain client-wise compliance records and support client audits, inspections, and compliance reviews . Ensure compliance requirements are followed as per client SOPs, contractual requirements, and applicable statutory regulations .
