Job Summary: The Housekeeping GSA plays a vital role in supporting housekeeping operations across properties in the region. The role involves assisting with room inspections, supervising OJTs, maintaining inventory, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Support Senior GSAs and Team Leaders in implementing daily housekeeping operations.
- Conduct routine room and public area inspections under guidance.
- Supervise OJTs and support their on-the-job learning.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure proper usage of housekeeping supplies.




- Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Report operational issues or deficiencies to Senior GSAs or Team Leaders.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations preferred.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
