Role Description The Hotel General Manager for Ranthambore/Auli will oversee daily operations, staff management, and guest experience across designated properties, ensuring high service standards and consistent brand representation.

Responsibilities include supervising front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments; monitoring room occupancy and revenue; and implementing service improvements based on guest feedback. The role also involves budgeting and cost control, coordinating with central leadership in Noida on business strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Manager will develop and train team members, maintain vendor relationships, and support marketing and sales initiatives to achieve performance targets. This is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, with regular coordination and travel as needed to the Ranthambore and Auli properties.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong General Management and Business Management skills for overseeing hotel operations and strategic planning.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure high guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to manage costs, forecast revenues, and optimize financial performance.
- Candidates should possess operational knowledge of Food & Beverage to maintain quality standards and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Relevant experience as a Hotel General Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and people management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, multitask, and make data-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
