Position: Hostel Warden

Number of Positions: 4

Office Location: Pingmedia, Agra

Experience: Relevant experience in DDU-GKY, hostel, or residential training setup preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise trainees/residents in the hostel premises.
- Ensure discipline, safety, hygiene, and proper conduct of trainees.
- Maintain daily attendance and hostel-related records.
- Monitor trainees’ daily routine, meals, cleanliness, and basic requirements.
- Coordinate with trainers and centre management regarding trainee-related matters.
- Address routine trainee concerns and escalate responsible issues when required.
- Ensure compliance with hostel and DDU-GKY guidelines.




- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to hostel activities.

Requirements:

- Prior experience as a Warden in DDU-GKY or a similar residential training/hostel setup.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise trainees effectively.
- Responsible, disciplined, and organized approach.
- Willingness to work in a residential/hostel environment.
