- Room Allotment: Manage the systematic allocation of rooms to students at the beginning of the academic cycle.

- Asset Tracking: Maintain a detailed inventory of hostel property, including furniture, fixtures, and electrical appliances.

- Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely fixes of plumbing, electricity, and structural issues.

- Cleanliness Oversight: Inspect common areas, corridors, and rooms daily to ensure the housekeeping staff maintains high hygiene standards.

Safety, Security, & Discipline

- Roll Call & Attendance: Conduct daily evening attendance to verify the physical presence of all residents.

- Rule Enforcement: Implement hostel policies regarding ragging, substance abuse, unauthorized guests, and noise levels.

- Emergency Response: Act as the first responder for medical emergencies, fire hazards, or security breaches, coordinating with campus security and local authorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
