Mortgage Executive | Home Loans | Freshers Welcome

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Follow up and convert home loan leads provided by the in-house real estate team.
- Guide customers through the complete mortgage process from application to disbursement.
- Coordinate with partner banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, real estate developers, and channel partners.
- Collect, verify, and manage financial and loan-related documents.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain accurate lead, application, and customer records using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate with credit, operations,



and sales teams for smooth loan closures.
- Handle customer follow-ups and provide support throughout the loan journey.

Candidate Profile:

- Freshers are welcome.
- MBA, BBA, BMS, Commerce, Economics, Banking or other finance backgrounds preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable and customer-oriented.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven.
- Quick learner with a positive and professional attitude.
