Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Executive to handle end-to-end insurance processing and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Updating Insurance IP bills

- Process cashless and reimbursement insurance cases
- Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for approvals
- Follow up on pending claims and delayed payments
- Handle pre-authorization and final billing documentation
- Respond to insurance queries and discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation for all insurance cases

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in hospital insurance/TPA handling
- Strong communication skills (phone + email)
- Deep understanding of insurance processes and documentation
- Ability to aggressively follow up and close claims
- Familiarity with major TPAs and insurance portals




- Proven experience in claim follow-ups and approvals
- Ability to independently handle insurance desk

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
