- Contributing and enhancing policies and procedures of applications and associated ecosystem.

- Enrichment of PMS Technical Support knowledge base and training.

nRoles and responsibilities:

N- Prioritize incidents and requests to resolve incidents and requests reported for PMS applications according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.

N

- Provide subject matter expertise of Yardi by assessing an incident from the business workflow and knowledge perspective. It includes detailed understanding of PMSs (like Yardi, Ops tech, etc.) and their inter-dependence (with Kyriba, Procore, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.) within Greystar environment.

- Requires PMS functionalexpertise to perform root cause analysis of issues like data missing, data sync issues, etc.
N
- Requires PMS functionalexpertise to identify enhancements in PMSs which can help in accomplishing business benefits.
N




- Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in resolving service incidents and requests.
N
- Identify recurring issues and provide root cause level fix.
N
- Identify opportunities to automate the business processes.
N
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics, data policy compliance, and governance program performance.
N
- Establishing good relationships with all various functions and colleagues.
N
- Ensuring company information security, data privacy and safety standards are met.
N

nBringing in the below education and experience:

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein any stream, or equivalent studies.
N
- 3+ years of experience supporting any of the real estate applications like Yardi, Entrata, Lavanda etc.
N
- Must have Yardi Core Voyager knowledge including accounting experience.
N
- Good to have experiencein Procure to Pay, Bank Book, Deposit accounting Yardi modules.
N
- Knowledge of journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivables, budgeting, bank reconciliations, month end accounting activities, etc.
N
- Positive to have Spanish orFrench language expertise.
N

nTechnically sound in:

- Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
N
- Property Management systems: Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, etc.
N
