NRole

nOwn visual execution across Effora's social media, website, landing pages, ads, marketplaces, campaigns and product launches.

NThis role is for someone who combines solid visual taste, UI/UX thinking and video execution and can translate brand ideas into high-quality consumer-facing output.

NResponsibilities

- Create static and motion creatives for social media, paid ads and campaigns

- Design and improve website pages, landing pages and e-commerce journeys
N
- Work on UI/UX, wireframes and conversion-focused layouts
N
- Edit Reels, short-form videos, product videos and performance creatives
N
- Translate brand briefs into solid visual concepts and executions
N
- Maintain consistency across all customer-facing brand touchpoints
N
- Support packaging, launches, website and marketplace creatives
N
- Repurpose content across multiple formats and channels

- 2–4 years in Visual Design, UI/UX and Video Editing

- Strong portfolio acrossstatic design, UI/UX and short-form video

- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro / After Effects or equivalent

- Strong understanding ofe-commerce UX and conversion-focused design
N
- Strong social-first andperformance creative skills

- Excellent visual taste,typography and composition
