Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge – Operations to manage plant operations, shift manpower, equipment performance, and coordination with maintenance and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth shift functioning.

- Handle and deploy shift manpower as per operational requirements.

- Monitor plant activities and achieve daily operational targets.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Safety, and other departments.





- Monitor equipment performance and support breakdown/maintenance activities.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards.

- Prepare shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.

- Supervise operators, technicians, and contract manpower.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in plant/industrial operations.

- Robust experience in end-to-end plant operations.

- Good knowledge of maintenance and breakdown coordination.

- Experience in manpower handling and shift management.

- Candidates from Metal, Steel, Mining, Heavy Machinery Manufacturing, Construction, or Engineering industries preferred.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and relocate to Visakhapatnam.
