Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in Apex and REST API integrations. The role involves building and supporting integrations between Salesforce PRM / Experience Cloud and external applications, with a focus on reliable API communication, authentication, error handling and production stability.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and develop REST API integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Build Apex callouts, integration services and reusable integration components.
- Work with JSON payloads, HTTP methods and API request/response handling.
- Implement authentication mechanisms, error handling, logging and integration failure management.
- Apply appropriate Salesforce integration patterns based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to convert integration requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support integrations related to partner portals,



certification, support/ticketing and other external systems.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing and troubleshoot defects.
- Support deployment activities and production stabilization.
- Monitor integration issues and work toward timely resolution of failures.

What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of software development experience with robust Salesforce development exposure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex development and Apex callouts.
- Proven experience developing REST API integrations with Salesforce.
- Good understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and integration architecture.
- Strong knowledge of JSON, HTTP methods and API request/response structures.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar tools.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, error handling, logging and integration monitoring.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.
- Experience with PRM / Experience Cloud integrations will be highly relevant.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
