NRole Overview

nWe are looking for a Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter/CA Final) to manage and oversee accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The candidate should have strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting, and financial reporting.

NKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of books of accounts.

- Handle monthly and annual closing, including provisions, accruals, depreciation, and necessary adjustments.
N
- Prepare and review P&L;,Balance Sheet, MIS reports, and financial reconciliations.
N
- Manage GST compliances,including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST reconciliation, and ITC/2B reconciliation.
N
- Handle TDS compliance, including calculation, deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.
N
- Assist with Income Tax compliance, tax computations, advance tax, and related requirements.
N
- Coordinate and support Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and GST-related assessments/notices.
N
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants,



and other external professionals.
N
- Ensure all statutory compliances are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.
N
- Review accounting entries and identify discrepancies, control gaps, and compliance issues.
N
- Assist in improving accounting processes, internal controls, and finance-related reporting.

nCandidate Requirements

N

n
- CA Inter / CA Final / Semi-Qualified CA.
N
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation, Audit, or Compliance.
N
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
N
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally / SAP / Zoho / other ERP systems.
N
- Solid analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
N
- Good communication and coordination skills.
N
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet statutory deadlines.

nPreferred

nCandidates with experience in end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance in a CA firm, startup, SME, or growing organization will be preferred.
