NWe are looking for an experienced SAP CAR Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IS Retail and SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR).

NKey Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to retail operations.
N
- Design, configure, test, and implement SAP CAR solutions based on business needs.
N
- Configure and support SAP CAR POSDTA (POS Data Transfer & Audit).
N
- Design and implement transactional data flows between SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA.
N
- Work on Enterprise Structure configuration and procurement cycle within SAP S/4HANA Retail.
N
- Support POS sales integration and data synchronization with SAP S/4HANA.
N
- Ensure accurate processing of retail transactions and inventory data.
N
- Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and development teams during implementation.
N
- Perform system testing,defect analysis, and issue resolution.
N
- Provide functional support during project lifecycle, including go-live and hypercare.
N
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical development teams.
N
- Stay updated with SAP Retail and SAP CAR product enhancements and best practices.
N

- 5+ years of SAP IS Retail experience.
N




- 2–3 years of functionalexperience in SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR).
N
- Robust functional expertise in SAP IS Retail.
N
- Hands-on experience with SAP CAR POSDTA.
N
- Experience with Enterprise Structure and Procurement Cycle in SAP S/4HANA.
N
- Strong knowledge of configuring transactional flows between SAP CAR and SAP S/4HANA.
N
- Experience in POS Salesintegration with SAP S/4HANA.
N
- Understanding of omnichannel retail processes and real-time inventory management.
N
- Strong business requirement gathering and solution design skills.
N
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
N
- Ability to interact with customer leadership and executive stakeholders.
N
- Strong documentation and knowledge transfer capabilities.
