Job DescriptionPosition: Sales & Service Engineer

NLocation: Mumbai/Pune

NKey Responsibilities:

- Evaluate projectsand collect feedback from existing and prospective customers
N
- Experience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customer
N
- Identify new opportunities (product/ market) for future growth
N
- Provides information bycollecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.E. GEM etc.
N
- Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customer
N
- Installation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of current battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs.
N
- Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and service
N




- Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit, etc. faults.
N
- Follow-up with customerfor order optimization
N
- Follow up with customerfor payment
N
- Generations of different weekly and daily reports.
N
- Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues.
N

nExperience & Qualifications:

N

n
- B.E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
N
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in UPS, battery, battery charger, or related power-electronics products.
