NRole Purpose

nThe Regional Manager – Business Development will own the complete business performance and P&L; of the assigned South region, driving revenue growth, centre expansion, strategic partnerships, and overall profitability.

NKey Responsibilities

- Own the complete P&L; for the assigned region

- Drive revenue and enrolment growth across centres
N




- Identify and execute opportunities for opening new centres
N
- Build local partnerships and referral networks, with a strong focus on engaging Paediatricians
N
- Drive centre profitability through cost optimisation
N
- Monitor centre performance and take corrective actions
N
- Work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Clinical, and Operations teams

nPreferred Background

- Strong professional experience engaging with Paediatricians — candidates from pharma or healthcare sales backgrounds, with a track record of meeting doctors and generating referrals, will be strongly preferred

- Existing network/connect with paediatricians in the South region will be an added advantage
N
- Understanding of parentpsychology and the sensitivity involved in engaging with families of children with developmental needs
N

NA results-oriented leaderwith 10+ years of experience in business development and regional operations, strong P&L; ownership, and the ability to build trust — both with the medical community and with parents — while leading cross-functional teams to scale centre performance across the South region, as we enter our next phase of growth as a listed company.
