Project: Hospital Project

Location: Malabar Hills, Mumbai

Qualification: BE (Electrical/ Mechanical)

Experience: 10 Years (Must have successfully completed the post-contract stage of at least one hospital project)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage post-contract billing activities for MEP works including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and other associated services.
- Review and verify contractor/subcontractor RA bills against BOQ, drawings, specifications and actual site progress.
- Prepare, check and certify interim payment applications / RA bills.
- Verify measurement sheets,



quantity calculations and supporting documents submitted by contractors.
- Track and evaluate variations, extra items, deviation statements and change orders.
- Review rate analysis and justification for additional/extra items.
- Conduct material reconciliation and monitor material consumption against approved quantities.
- Coordinate with Project, MEP, QS, Planning and Contracts teams for billing and commercial matters.
- Ensure billing is aligned with contract conditions, BOQ and approved drawings/specifications.
- Review contractor claims and assists in claim assessment and resolution.
- Maintain billing trackers, cost reports, variation logs and commercial MIS.
- Assist in preparation and verification of final accounts and project close-out documentation.
- Identify billing discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with contractors/subcontractors.
- Participate in commercial discussions and support the project team in maintaining cost control.
