Hiring Immediately Digital Marketing Executive For An Aviation Academy Located In Bengaluru, Karnataka 560015

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, leads and conversions.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan and execute Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets and improve ROI.
- Manage SEO, keyword research, website optimization and content strategies.
- Create and manage social media content calendars and coordinate with creative/video teams.
- Track website, social media and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated with digital marketing trends.
- Support email, WhatsApp and other lead-nurturing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the admissions/sales team to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports for management.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing,



Performance Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, GA4 and lead generation.
- Strong analytical, communication and content-planning skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic creative tools is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of qualified Digital Marketing experience.
- Experience in lead generation and paid advertising is preferred.
- Experience in aviation, education, hospitality, travel, advertising or digital marketing will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
