- Use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve HR productivity.
- Explore AI tools for HR communication, documentation, reporting and analysis.
- Identify repetitive HR activities that can potentially be automated.




- Explore HR automation, digital workflows and technology-enabled solutions.
- Use Excel, HRMS and digital HR tools effectively.
- Experiment with current ways of working that can reduce manual effort.

- Think about how technology can make HR faster, simpler and smarter.

Preferred candidate profile We're looking for a high-potential HR professional with 1-3 years of experience who wants to build a career in modern HR, not just manage routine HR administration.
