NKey Responsibilities

- Lead a frontend development squad focused on Advanced Analytics modules.
N
- Own sprint planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
N
- Develop and enhance core features of the PULSE Web application.
N
- Collaborate with other frontend squads to ensure seamless integration and consistent user experience.
N
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend coding standards and best practices.
N
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
N
- Collaborate with Backend, QA, and UX/UI Design teams to deliver analytics features.
N
- Contribute to discussions related to data visualization, user experience, and analytics interfaces.
N
- Support and integrate updates from the PaceUI shared component library.
N
- Coordinate with the AppDynamics team for frontend performance monitoring and tracking.
N
- Participate in and facilitate weekly Frontend Chapter meetings.
N
- Support the Chapter Lead with technical discussions, follow-ups, and knowledge sharing.
N
- Mentor junior developers through regular guidance, code reviews, and technical knowledge sharing.
N




- Promote consistency across the frontend chapter in coding standards, development tools, accessibility, and best practices.

nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
N
- Strong qualified experience in frontend development using React JS.
N
- Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile application development.
N
- Experience leading or coordinating a frontend development squad/team.
N
- Strong understanding ofJavaScript/TypeScript, React architecture, reusable components, and frontend development best practices.
N
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integration.
N
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend frameworks.
N
- Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, and software development lifecycle practices.
N
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization and monitoring tools, preferably AppDynamics.
N
- Experience working withcomponent libraries/design systems, preferably similar to PaceUI.
N
- Good understanding of data visualization and analytics-oriented user interfaces.
N
- Strong problem-solving,communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
