We have an openings for Medical coders/ Senior medical coders.

Coder - IPDRG, Surgery, Denials, EM, Radiology, Anesthesia and Pathology

Certification not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze clinical documentation to assign applicable medical codes.
- Utilize Evaluation and Management (E&M;) codes for IP/OP services.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory guidelines and billing requirements.
- Maintain updated coding books and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify documentation.
- Participate in coding audits and implement feedback for continuous improvement.
- Assist in resolving any coding-related issues that impact the billing process.

Qualifications

- Any certification - CPC/CCS
- Proven experience in E&M; coding for in-patient and out-patient services.
- Robust knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing and compliance standards.




- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in coding and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for provider interactions.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Salary based on your Experience and previous take home. Shift Timings: 6.30 am to 3.30 pm

We will provide you one way cab facilities (Pick Up).
