Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, NBFC and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases and other channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, communication, location and compensation.
- Handle hiring for BFSI functions such as Sales, Relationship Management, Banking Operations, Insurance, Collections, Credit, and Customer Service.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.




- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers/MIS and provide regular hiring updates.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment timelines.

Required Skills:

- 3-5+ years of experience in BFSI / Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within defined TATs.
- Knowledge of BFSI hiring profiles will be an added advantage.
