We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive hiring across multiple international markets. The role will involve managing senior and niche mandates, partnering with business and HR leaders, and overseeing recruitment delivery through a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive recruitment across US, UK, Europe, Middle East and India.
- Own hiring mandates across Technology, Sales, Marketing and Support functions.
- Identify and engage senior, niche and hard-to-find talent through proactive sourcing.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing through assessment, selection and compensation discussions.
- Partner with business leaders and international HR teams on workforce requirements.
- Lead and mentor a 24-member recruitment team to deliver hiring targets.
- Develop talent market insights, competitor intelligence and organization mapping.
- Prepare recruitment dashboards, management presentations and hiring reports.
- Contribute to RFPs, market benchmarking and rate-card analysis.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across key international markets.
Desired Expertise
- 14+ years of experience in international lateral recruitment.
- Robust background in senior and leadership hiring.
- Hands-on experience hiring across Sales and Marketing functions.
- Proven exposure to US and UK recruitment markets.
- Strong capabilities in headhunting and niche talent acquisition.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of talent mapping, market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Exposure to IT/Technology recruitment, with Salesforce experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
