Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers/clients in the USA.
- Explain products/services and generate sales through telephone calls.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Follow company sales scripts, processes, and quality standards.

Eligibility
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good English communication skills with a neutral/clear accent.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift.




- Candidates with International BPO, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support experience will be preferred.
- Must be target-oriented and confident on calls.
