Roles & Responsibilities GIS - Associate/SME - Trainer

GIS - Associate

- Perform GIS mapping and road digitization activities as per project requirements.
- Work on HD Maps, HD Lane, IVI Production, and navigation-related mapping.
- Handle spatial data processing, validation, and quality checks.
- Use GIS tools such as ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, AutoCAD, and Google Earth Pro.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of mapped data through defined QA/QC processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise in GIS mapping and geospatial processes.
- Handle complex GIS, road digitization, HD Maps, and navigation-related tasks.
- Review and validate spatial data and ensure process quality and accuracy.
- Support team members with process-related queries and technical guidance.
- Handle and monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.




- Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.

SME - Trainer

- Deliver training on GIS mapping, road digitization, HD Maps, HD Lane, and navigation processes.
- Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and process documentation.
- Conduct recent-hire, refresher, and process training sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercises.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve process knowledge and performance.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint.
- Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training requirements.
