Boson Motors seeks an FP&A; Analyst to provide financial analysis, planning, and reporting to support executive decision-making. Report to CFO and partner with operations, manufacturing, and sales teams to build financial models, track performance, and deliver actionable insights driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop financial models for revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasting; build quarterly/annual budgets

- Conduct variance analysis and scenario planning (base/best/worst case) for executive decision-support

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; create KPI dashboards and executive presentations

- Analyze unit economics, gross margin, and cost optimization opportunities

- Support investor relations, capital planning, and ad-hoc strategic financial analysis

- Improve forecasting processes and automate reporting workflows

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

- Experience: 2-4 years in FP&A;, corporate finance, or financial analysis; startup/growth-stage environment preferred

- Technical: Advanced Excel (modeling, pivot tables,



data consolidation); experience with financial planning software ; data visualization tools

- Skills: Strong quantitative analysis, financial statement understanding, unit economics, scenario modeling; excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
- EV, automotive, or renewable energy sector experience(preferrable)

- Manufacturing/supply chain financial analysis(Preferrable)

- Any other sectors

Key Deliverables
- Monthly management reporting packs (P&L;, variance analysis, KPI dashboards)

- Quarterly forecast updates and variance commentaries

- Annual budget and long-range financial plan (3-5 years)

- Executive presentations and board-ready materials

- Ad-hoc analyses supporting strategic decisions (2-4 per quarter)

- Financial models and scenario analyses as needed

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
