About the Role

- Support the development and maintenance of compensation models used in budgeting, workforce planning, pay planning, and scenario-based analysis
- Assist in analyzing compensation data including spend patterns, pay distribution, market trends, and competitiveness — to help drive equitable rewards outcomes
- Contribute to annual and off-cycle compensation processes such as merit reviews, promotions, adjustments, and related governance activities under the guidance of senior team members
- Help conduct market benchmarking exercises using external compensation surveys and assist in translating findings into practical recommendations
- Support the upkeep and updates of salary structures based on market shifts, internal positioning, and evolving business requirements
- Participate in internal equity reviews, pay competitiveness analyses, and compensation trend studies to inform people and business decisions
- Assist in job architecture and job matching activities, including basic role evaluations aligned to organizational growth
- Support group insurance programs — including GMC, GTL, and GPA — by coordinating renewal documentation, broker communications, and implementation logistics




- Contribute to benefits design initiatives such as OPD program enhancements, policy updates, employee communications, and rollout coordination
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, business teams, and global stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and insight-driven Total Rewards support

About You

Minimum Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or a related HR analytics function
- Foundational understanding of compensation analytics, salary structures, market benchmarking, and pay cycle processes
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, basic modeling, formula-driven reporting, and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with compensation frameworks, survey participation methodology, and concepts of internal equity and market competitiveness
- Exposure to health and insurance plan administration, renewals, or employee benefits program support
- Ability to organize and present data clearly to support stakeholder understanding and decision-making
- Solid attention to detail, a data-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time MBA, MSW, or equivalent postgraduate qualification

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to HR systems or compensation tools such as Workday, MarketPay, or similar platforms
- Interest in or early exposure to global, matrixed, or shared services work environments
- Basic awareness of job architecture, job matching, or role evaluation concepts
- Good communication skills with a willingness to learn how to influence through data and insights




- Curiosity to balance analytical thinking with practical, business-relevant recommendations
