? The Role & WorkflowYou will be the creative engine behind our daily content, managing video production for three distinct brands.

- Primary Focus (100 Days Series): Your main responsibility will be editing engaging, high-quality Shorts for all three of our brands as part of our ongoing "100 Days Series".
- Additional Daily Task (Stickman Videos): Alongside the Shorts, you will also edit simple stickman-like videos. This is a highly streamlined process that only takes 20 to 30 minutes: just follow AI-generated instructions to place the correct scenes at the right timestamps on a voiceover, synchronise, and export.
- Daily Output: Between the Shorts and the stickman videos,



you will deliver a total of 6 to 9 minutes of final video content each day.
- Schedule: Full time commitment of at least 8 hours a day, 6 days a week to handle editing, rendering, and brand management.
- Location Flexibility: Work 100% remotely or join us in person at our office in Khekra, Uttar Pradesh.

? Compensation & GrowthWe are looking for a long-term partner and have mapped out a clear path for salary progression.
- Starting Salary: ₹12,000/month for the first 3 months.
- Salary Bump: ₹20,000/month after 6 months of consistent, quality performance.
- Bonus Structure: Earn a flat 10% commission on any new clients you bring into Rise Digital India.
