- Supervise and operate our continuous heat treatment furnace for fasteners/forged components

- Plan and execute heat treatment cycles — hardening, tempering— as per customer and drawing specifications and monitor furnace temperatures, atmosphere, and conveyor speeds to ensure process consistency

- Maintain heat treatment records, batch logs, and test reports

- Coordinate with quality team for hardness testing and microstructure checks

- Ensure compliance with IS/ASTM/DIN or customer-specific heat treatment standards

- Train and supervise shop floor operators

- Responsible for preventive maintenance of the furnace and related equipment

Requirements

- 7–10 years in heat treatment operations, preferably on continuous/conveyor furnaces

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related field

- Hands-on knowledge of hardness testing (Rockwell/Vickers) and heat treatment defect analysis

- Experience in fastener, forging, or auto-parts manufacturing preferred

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and heat treatment charts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
