Follow up on outstanding/unpaid claims .

Review and work on AR reports . Handle denied claims and document the required action. Contact insurance carriers regarding pending claims.

Handle insurance follow-up, patient calling and provider outreach as required. Update account information and maintain accurate call/activity logs. Communicate with insurance representatives and healthcare providers.

Escalate issues to seniors when required.



Achieve daily productivity and quality targets. Follow company/client security, compliance and process guidelines.

Required SkillsGood English communication skills . Comfortable with voice/outbound calling . Basic knowledge of MS Office .
