- Optimize equipment utilization through Predictive and Preventive maintenance

- Lead implementation of lean practices

- Minimize downtime through TPM initiatives

- Oversee Optimization of Acoustic, Control Panel, Painting and assembly processes to improve throughput and minimize cycle time.

- Oversee quality control systems and procedures

- Ensure compliance with ISO/EHS standards

- Manage internal and external audits

- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders

- Coordinate with supply chain and Sales Planning for material availability

- Drive & Monitor cost reduction initiatives year-over-year

- Implement energy-productive practices and reduce waste

- Control operational costs without compromising quality

- Optimize raw, WIP, and FG inventory levels

- Improve inventory accuracy and cycle time





- Align procurement and production for capital efficiency

- Harmonious Relations and Team building initiatives

- Develop talent through training programs

- Maintain low attrition rates in key roles

- Lead continuous improvement (kaizen) initiatives

- Zero Hours lost due to IR issues

- Align plant operations with corporate objectives

Key Requirement:

- B.E./B.Tech (mandatory); MBA in Operations (preferred)

- 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations and 5+ years in a leadership role

- Strong background in genset, heavy engineering, or energy sectors

- Proven track record in driving productivity and cost reduction
