The Successful Applicant





- Proven experience building and scaling a GCC, Digital Hub, GBS, or Technology Center from inception.

- Leadership background within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, consumer products, chemicals, life sciences, or similar sectors.

- Demonstrated success in establishing operating models, governance structures, and global delivery capabilities.

- Strong experience managing global stakeholders and leading large-scale transformation programs.

- Ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.

- Executive-level communication, influencing, and organizational leadership skills.
