Location: Pune | Work from Office Preferred Experience: 8–12 years, including 3+ years in sales leadership Salary Budget: Up to ₹1 lakh PM ✈️ Travel & Tourism experience is mandatory What you will lead:
- Sales strategy, revenue targets, and profitability.
- B2C holiday sales and B2B business development.
- New client acquisition and travel partner relationships.
- Sales team coaching, performance, and high-value closures.
- Lead conversion, CRM discipline, and sales forecasting.
- Coordination with Products, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
