Role Description The Sales Head is a full-time role based in Indore, with pan-India responsibility and extensive travel across Cosmos properties (Central India preferred). This role drives room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR growth across multiple hotels.

The Sales

Head will build and lead a multi-property sales team, review performance, and manage key relationships across Corporate, Travel Trade, DMCs, Tour Operators, MICE, and Key Accounts.



Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, reviewing team performance, and driving cluster-level sales strategy across the portfolio.

Qualifications

- 8–12 years of hotel sales experience, including 3 years in a leadership role - hospitality/hotel industry background required
- Proven experience in multi-property or cluster sales for a hotel chain
- Strong network across Corporate, Travel Trade, DMCs, Tour Operators, MICE & Key Accounts within the hospitality sector
- Demonstrated ability to drive room revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR across multiple hotels
- Ability to build, lead, and review a multi-property sales team
- Willingness to travel extensively across Cosmos locations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
