Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – Projects to lead the complete project execution function across Artius’ luxury residential projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within committed timelines, quality standards, and commercial parameters while coordinating closely with internal teams, architects, clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of luxury residential projects from project handover to final completion.
- Establish project plans, execution schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery as per committed timelines.
- Drive coordination between Design, Engineering, Costing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Installation and Site Execution teams.
- Review project drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, quantities, and execution requirements in coordination with relevant teams.
- Monitor manufacturing/fabrication and site installation schedules to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and delays and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Lead project review meetings and maintain regular reporting on cost, timeline,



quality, manpower, material and project progress.
- Ensure effective coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, clients and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and project requirements.
- Manage project-level escalations and resolve execution-related issues effectively.
- Monitor project costs and work closely with the Costing/Commercial and Procurement teams to control project profitability.
- Develop and implement standardized project execution processes, SOPs, MIS and reporting systems.
- Build, mentor and manage a strong project management and site execution team.
- Conduct regular site visits and project audits to ensure execution quality and progress.
- Ensure proper documentation, handover, snag closure and project completion.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution efficiency, productivity, quality and customer experience.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15 years of experience in project management / project execution, preferably in luxury residential, premium building products, construction, architectural products, doors & windows, façade,



wood engineering or allied industries.
- Proven experience managing high-value, customized residential projects from planning through completion.
- Strong understanding of project planning, execution, costing, procurement, engineering and site operations.
- Experience managing multiple projects and large cross-functional teams.
- Strong commercial understanding with the ability to monitor project costs, margins and resource utilization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across India as required.
