Key Responsibilities

- Lead Procurement, Quantity Surveying and Costing functions across India.

- Manage end-to-end procurement of civil, interior, MEP, furniture and facility-related materials.

- Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, budgets and project cost plans.

- Handle vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation and empanelment.

- Finalize contracts, purchase orders, work orders and commercial terms.

- Monitor project costs and control budget deviations.

- Review contractor bills, rate analysis, variations and final settlements.

- Develop strong vendor networks across all operating locations.

- Ensure timely material delivery and prevent project execution delays.

- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Finance, Legal and Facility teams.

- Standardize procurement and QS processes across all locations.





- Track market rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Prepare MIS reports and present procurement and cost updates to management.

- Lead and develop the Pan-India Procurement and QS teams.

Candidate Requirements

- 15–25 years of experience in procurement and QS, preferably in managed offices or corporate interiors.

- Robust knowledge of BOQs, tendering, costing, contracts and vendor management.

- Experience handling multiple projects across India.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred.

- Strong negotiation, leadership and commercial decision-making skills.
