Role Description The Head of Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India responsible for leading all marketing initiatives to support Yula Group’s growth in the real estate sector. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing brand positioning, and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive demand for residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading market research efforts, analyzing customer insights, and collaborating with sales and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

The Head of Marketing will manage public relations activities,



coordinate events and media outreach, and ensure consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels. The role also includes building and mentoring a marketing team, setting performance metrics, and tracking campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing ROI.

Qualifications

- Strong market planning and marketing management skills, with experience creating and implementing strategic marketing roadmaps.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify customer segments, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Experience in sales collaboration, including supporting sales enablement and aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Public relations skills, including media relations, corporate communications, and reputation management.
- Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Background in real estate, property development, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software to measure and optimize campaign performance.
