Velric is a two-sided business and you own both sides of it.
On one side, US companies who need operational headcount they cannot afford to hire domestically. On the other, Indian professionals who need to want to work for Velric before they will ever apply. We need roughly 100,000+ evaluated candidates in our talent pools by March, and candidates do not appear because someone posted a job.
What you own
- What Velric is, how it looks and how it sounds, on both sides of the market. It does not exist yet in any consistent form. You define it.
- Website. Currently unowned. It is the destination for every click, every search, and every candidate deciding whether we are real.
- Employer-side demand. Content, search, and the founder's existing audience of 10,000 subscribers, turned into inbound that does not depend on SDR headcount.
- Candidate-side attraction. Making Velric a company Indian talent wants to join. This is half the business and it is usually nobody's job. Here it is yours.
- Announcements and momentum. Every client signed, every partnership, every milestone. Investors and partners watch this page, and the story of a company compounding is told in public or not at all.
- Newsletter. Owned,
written, shipped on a schedule.
- Events. Selected on buyer density rather than brand name, run end to end, measured on meetings produced.
- Sales collateral. The one-pager, proposals, case studies from real placements, the proof pack for larger mandates.
- Founder content. Daily output on LinkedIn and short-form video, produced with the founder rather than by him. He will be running a floor in Gurgaon and cannot be the content engine.
You
- You have owned a B2B marketing function end to end, not a channel inside one
- You have built a brand from close to nothing rather than maintaining an established one
- You can produce, not just direct. Copy, pages and visual assets ship from you
- You have marketed to two distinct audiences at once, or can convincingly explain how you would
- You are measured on meetings sourced and candidates attracted, not impressions
Not a fit Anyone whose reporting centres on reach, followers or engagement. Agency backgrounds without in-house ownership. Channel specialists. This role is wide on purpose.
