Salt Oral Care is looking for a 360° Marketing Head who can build the brand AND drive the business.

We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly move between Brand, Creative, D2C, Digital, Offline Sales, Retail, Distribution and Growth — someone who doesn't just create marketing plans but owns execution and business numbers.

? What You Will OwnBrand & Creative

- Brand strategy, positioning & consumer insights
- 360° campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social & Influencers
- Creative direction, visual identity, packaging, POSM & content
- Lead internal creative/design teams and agencies

D2C, Digital & E-commerce

- Own D2C and e-commerce growth
- Performance marketing & customer acquisition
- Track CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention & revenue
- Drive marketplaces, quick commerce & CRM/retention

Offline Sales & Distribution

- Work closely with Sales to drive offline revenue
- GT, MT, retail & trade marketing
- Distributor/dealer/channel activations
- In-store visibility, promotions & market expansion

Product & GTM

- Lead launches from Consumer Insight → Positioning → GTM → Sales Activation
- Identify current category and consumer opportunities

Team & Business Leadership





- Build and lead the Marketing & Creative team
- Manage agencies, partners & budgets
- Own marketing KPIs, ROI and business growth
- Work closely with Founders & leadership

✔️ Strong Brand + Consumer Marketing expertise

✔️ Experience in offline sales / retail / GT / MT / trade / distribution

✔️ FMCG / Beauty / Personal Care / Healthcare / Lifestyle / D2C background preferred

✔️ Strong creative & commercial mindset

✔️ Experience with GTM & product launches

✔️ Team & agency leadership experience

✔️ Hands-on, entrepreneurial & execution-oriented

✔️ Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred
