Key Responsibilities

- Lead a

10+ member engineering team across electrical, civil, structural, mechanical and solar design.

- Handle end-to-end design & engineering for ground-mounted, rooftop and captive/open-access solar projects.

- Manage layouts, SLDs, cable sizing, earthing, lightning protection, evacuation systems and BOQs

.

- Optimize energy yield, DC/AC design, equipment selection and project costs

.

- Coordinate with procurement, execution, clients, consultants, utilities and vendors for technical requirements.

- Review and approve solar equipment, vendor designs and technical bids

.

- Ensure compliance with

CEA, DISCOM/utility, electrical and Indian standards

.

- Manage engineering risks, design changes,



documentation and project learnings

.

- Mentor and develop the engineering team through training and performance management

.

Required Experience & Qualification

- 10+ years of relevant experience, mainly in

Solar EPC Design & Engineering

.

- Experience managing a

10+ member engineering team

.

- Experience handling

500+ MW total solar projects

.

- Robust knowledge of utility-scale and C&I; solar design, grid evacuation and constructability

.

- Bachelor's degree in

Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
