Position overview:

The Head of Corporate Communications will lead and shape Agratas communications strategy, driving corporate reputation, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement across earned, owned and shared platforms. The role will serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite and senior leadership team, ensuring that communication initiatives directly enable business objectives, strengthen brand equity, and position Agratas as a category-defining leader in sustainable battery technology. The incumbent will build and lead a high-performing communications function, oversee agency partnerships and proactively manage reputation, risk and influence across priority markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall communications, reputation, and brand strategy aligned with Agratas business growth and corporate objectives.




- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on executive communications, stakeholder engagement, crisis preparedness, and reputation management.
- Lead external communications, including media relations, industry events, corporate announcements, partnerships, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Build and maintain a robust reputation and crisis management framework, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
- Drive internal and leadership communications, including town halls, change communications, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
- Oversee digital communications, content strategy, corporate channels, multimedia storytelling, and integrated brand campaigns.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing communications team while managing agency partnerships, governance, and performance measurement.
- Leverage solid commercial acumen, stakeholder management, crisis communications, and data-driven decision-making to enhance corporate reputation and business impact.

Qualifications Required:

- Master’s degree in management, Journalism, Communications, Public Affairs, Marketing, or related discipline
- 13+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Communications, Public Affairs or Reputation Management
