Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end L&D; and Consulting Operations, covering project planning, resource allocation, delivery governance, timelines, quality, and operational performance.

- Manage and optimize consulting and delivery processes, working closely with project teams, consultants, facilitators, content, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Manage the empaneled consultant/facilitator network, including deployment, availability, coordination, and delivery quality.

- Partner with project teams to identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities emerging from client engagements, while driving adherence to revenue and commercial commitments.

- Contribute to and, where required, lead facilitation and delivery of leadership, learning, and organizational development interventions.

- Drive implementation and adoption of Zoho Projects and other technology/project management tools for project tracking, resource planning, workflows, and operational governance.

- Drive technology and multi-media integration across learning solutions, including digital, virtual, blended, and in-person formats, with oversight of related product and technology logistics.

- Develop and implement SOPs, MIS, dashboards, and governance mechanisms, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational scalability.





- Work closely with senior leadership to resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure client satisfaction through CSAT, NPS, repeat business, and referrals.

- Ensure overall operational excellence, client delivery, revenue adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction across engagements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Organizational Development, or Professional Services.

- Prior experience working with a consulting firm/consulting organization is preferred.

- Solid experience in L&D; and consulting operations, including project, resource, and delivery management.

- Should have the ability to independently manage operations and also contribute to facilitation/delivery of L&D; and leadership development programs when required.

- Strong understanding of technology-enabled learning, digital platforms, and integration of multiple media formats.

- Proven experience managing senior stakeholders, consultants, facilitators, and client-facing teams.

- Strong project management, process excellence, problem-solving, and operational governance capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
