Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – IT Infrastructure to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and global IT operations supporting US-based business operations.

The ideal candidate will have 15–20+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure, including at least 5 years in a Head of IT Infrastructure or equivalent senior leadership role. This role requires strong expertise across cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, enterprise applications, ITSM, cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure supporting global and US operations.
- Define and execute the organization's IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and security.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, networking, servers, databases, storage, and enterprise applications.
- Drive IT Service Management (ITSM) and Help Desk operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP) frameworks.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR.
- Manage IT vendors, technology budgets, infrastructure projects, contracts, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing infrastructure and IT support teams.
- Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish infrastructure monitoring, performance management, availability, and capacity-planning practices.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align infrastructure strategy with organizational objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 15–20+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Head of IT Infrastructure, Head of IT Operations, Infrastructure Director, or equivalent leadership position.
- Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure for global or US-based organizations.
- Robust understanding of cloud, networking, infrastructure security, ITSM, and enterprise technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading large or geographically distributed IT infrastructure and support teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience driving digital transformation, infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and automation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Experience working with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR will be an advantage.
