Mahindra Holidays is looking for a seasoned design leader to drive the design vision, development, and execution of our resort portfolio. This role will be responsible for leading interior design, design development, project coordination, consultant management, and design governance across new developments, renovations, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design development from concept to project handover.
- Drive interior design, space planning, FF&E;, and guest experience initiatives across resorts.
- Manage architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review design concepts, material palettes, mock-ups, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure design quality, brand consistency, functionality, and operational efficiency.
- Lead refurbishment, renovation, and greenfield hospitality projects.
- Partner with project, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive value engineering while maintaining design intent and guest experience.
- Build and mentor a high-performing design team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 18+ years of experience in Interior Design, Design Development,



Architecture, Hospitality Design, or Project Management.
- Experience across hospitality, resorts, luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, residential, or commercial projects.
- Robust exposure to design management, consultant coordination, FF&E;, and project delivery.
- Proven leadership in handling large multidisciplinary teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to balance creativity, business objectives, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

- Hospitality developers (Chalet Hotels, Prestige Hospitality, Brigade Hospitality, etc.)
- Leading design and architecture firms (Gensler, HBA, WATG, Wilson Associates, M Moser, Studio Lotus, Design Bureau, etc.)
