Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced CGI Production Manager / Head with a strong background in industrial product CGI, 3D visualization and animation to lead end-to-end production and ensure quality, timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead CGI, 3D visualization, animation and creative production.

•⁠ ⁠Manage industrial product CGI projects from brief to final delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Clients, CS, Creative, Production and external vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Handle project planning, timelines, costing and resource allocation.

•⁠ ⁠Review production quality, technical accuracy and final deliverables.

•⁠ ⁠Support client communication, requirements and escalations.

•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects and resolve technical/creative challenges.





•⁠ ⁠Guide the production team and improve workflows and quality standards.

•⁠ ⁠Take complete ownership of production delivery.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠7–12 years of experience in CGI / 3D production.

•⁠ ⁠Strong industrial product visualization background—machinery, engineering products, tools, appliances or similar.

•⁠ ⁠Positive understanding of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering and animation.

•⁠ ⁠Strong project management, team leadership and client communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently manage production, CS coordination and client escalations.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with 3D tools such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray or equivalent is preferred.
