We are looking for an Accounts Head / Finance Controller with a minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience with excellent leadership skills The ideal candidate should be a strong leader who can take full ownership of the finance and accounts function, drive compliance, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic financial decisions.

Key Requirements

- Preferably CA with 8+ years of post-qualification experience by heading accounting, financial reporting, and controllership along with team management.

- Experience in leading finance teams and setting up processes.

- Solid understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS, audits, taxation, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience in ERP systems and financial automation.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to lead and mentor entire team under him.
